Payments

Delivery
Once your payment has been completed one of our agents will email you within 24 hours with instructions on the delivery procedure. Our deliveries will be carried out by In-game Mail, In-Game meet-ups, or an Auction House. Depending on the method delivery can take up to 72 hours to arrange. Please rest assured that our agents will constantly communicate with you so that you are updated every step of the process. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours please contact us and we will be sure to rectify any delays.
Refunds & Cancellations
We can only issue refunds if the in-game credits/tokens received are incorrect or less than you requested. We will need you to notify us within 7 working days, however, if more than 7 days have elapsed since the payment then we regret to inform you that a refund cannot be provided. Canceling an order can only be done if you contact us immediately to request a cancellation, usually within 7 hours of placing your order. The reason for this is that our team works fast in delivering the products to your in-game account, as such if a product has been delivered it is not possible to cancel an order.
