The popular free-to-play battle royale game Fortnite was created and released by Epic Games.
Up to 100 players drop into an island in Fortnite and engage in combat until only one is left. To outwit their rivals, players can scavenge for weapons, supplies, and other objects. The game also has a building mechanic that lets players construct buildings to fortify themselves or acquire advantageous positions.
